About Aaron Balajee
To start with, I have actively taken seminars and lecturers from my school days, but I was given better opportunities to prove my teaching skills in my college. I did work part time in the college during my Bachelor of Engineering Degree final year of Study. I have taken classes on “Principles of Management”, “Professional Ethics”, “Group Discussions” and “Interpersonal Skills Development” as one on one session and to a larger group of students. These discussions did help me gain my self confidence and understand that I am a good trainer/ teacher. These classes played an important role in helping me become the “Best Performer of the Year 2007” in my college.
I also took evening tuition/ tutorial Maths classes for Higher Secondary and Tenth Standard students during my Bachelor Degree as I was natural at Maths and would make others easily understand difficult problems. I understand students better as I am a still a student. I am currently doing my Master of Information Systems two year course work program at University of Melbourne.
To end up with, in my two years employment at Keane Inc, I have taken training for new employees. Even though my role and designation was a software engineer, I was given the responsibility to train after my potential for training was assessed. The training was mainly domain based or technology based.
