I see myself as a dedicated professional with strong awareness of diversity in students’ learning. I have sound methodological knowledge and problem-solving skills built up through past experiences working in educational field and practical placements at schools. A teaching profession has been always my ambition since I was a child. I believe that I have the enthusiasm and affection towards the children for their learning and development. I have studied in different countries such as in Australia, South Korea, the U.S and China. I also believe that these experiences would help my teaching for developing in the students’ academic knowledge as well as the emotional growth. I personally think that the best education can be fulfilled by how deeply and widely the teacher understands the student’s performances. The basic role of a teacher is a counselor who questions back in order to make students think and to find the answer on their own so that they can build up their own learning strategies which fits for them the most. So I as a teacher would understand first the students’ needs and to give more guides in order to help them to resolve their questions and problems. I would be affectionate, encouraging and motivating in any situation for my students’ learning. I as a teacher respect student’s personality in classes earnestly, and students can put his or her trust more in me. I strongly believe that the relationship on mutual trusts creates valuable results in the classroom environment. I believe that using a variety of teaching resources is an important skill; interesting visual aids and hands-on-activities make my lessons more interactive with my students for their effective learning. In conclusion, on the basis of understanding students’ abilities, I would find what an individual child is needed and give them an appropriate class activity at the right level for the child. My passion for teaching profession and love for children would make the classroom enthusiastically, and students will learn actively in a fun environment. |
