About Ruta
| My name is Ruta. I am working as a sessional staff at Swinburne University of Technology, teaching financial management to undergraduate students.
I am interested in tutoring privately because I think every student has different needs, expectations and the capacity to absorb what's being taught. I would look forward to meet individual demands of students and consider their success as mine. I have finished my Masters in Accounting from Swinburne and during my last semester as a student, I got a teaching offer from the University. I believe in lot of writing practice especially for subjects like statistics, maths, accounting and finance. I have also done my Masters in Commerce and MBA (Mktg and Fin). During the examination I think that the student should 'feel' comfortable and confident. I have developed some unique techniques during my student and professional life that I would like to pass on to the students that I would coach. I love going the 'extra mile' when it comes to working with students. Most importantly, when students would get coached under me, they would need to take minimal efforts from their side to practise because I would get it done from them, before they even know! Teaching is my passion and I would live up to the needs and demands of the students that I coach. I also see this as a wonderful opportunity to meet new people and enjoy the process of 'learning'. |
